Lonestar Senior Support was founded by Lindsey Donat with one simple belief: every senior deserves to age with dignity, compassion, and genuine human connection.
After more than 20 years leading teams and building customer-focused experiences for companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 organizations, Lindsey chose to pursue work that makes a direct difference in people's lives. She combined her business leadership experience with her passion for helping older adults and their families to create a home care company centered on trust, reliability, and personalized care.
Lindsey understands that inviting someone into your home is one of the most important decisions a family can make. That's why every caregiver at Lonestar Senior Support is carefully selected, thoroughly background checked, and chosen not only for their experience, but for their kindness, integrity, and heart.
